Standard Size Event Dresses

Standard size event dresses can be returned within 14 working days upon receipt if returned in the original condition, packaging and unworn. We will not accept liability for products lost or damaged during transit you. We advise all items are insured and sent via special delivery. Please note that if you are exchanging for another size you may have to wait on this size being made up. Please contact us in the event of a return.

Custom Made orders and Wedding dresses.

On completion of paying your deposit or full amount you are entering into an agreement with Carolyn Baxter.

Once deposit/ balance is paid, made to measure and custom items are non refundable. Dresses still have to be paid for in full if cancellation occurs as items are designed to your specification.

Dresses are made to the exact measurements provided at the time the deposit is paid unless requested otherwise. However, wedding dresses are made 6 months prior to the wedding date so measurements can be taken no later than 6 months prior to this date. We are not held responsible for any weight gain/ loss. If a dress needs to be re-made due to changes in sizing then the customer is responsible for the additional costs. If you are pregnant at the time of your measurements being taken please disclose this to us so we can cut the dress with extra seam allowance.

Please allow for fitting time for dresses in advance to the date of event. Each dress requires 1-3 fittings.

Sample watches may vary in colour due to each roll of fabric varying slightly.

Please ensure when measurements are taken that you are wearing the correct undergarments and shoes as these can affect the fit dramatically.

Payment is made in either part or full at first fitting. Any additional changes to the design are chargeable.
